This clock was ordered as an office clock for our school's main office. The directions were clear but the clock did not set as promised. I manually set it, but after an hour it was already behind time. With DLS time we figured it might take a day or two to set properly. After a day of waiting, I noticed there was a defect with the minute-hand. It was slightly raised, which stopped the second hand from moving past it. This clock will be returned and not re-ordered, although I really liked the size/design.
